About the apartment

The Hellas apartment is located on the first floor of the house. In a separate part of the courtyard, you have a view of the neighboring olive grove. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC, a spacious living area with dining table and optional sofa bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This makes this apartment ideal for up to three people. We are happy to provide you with a free crib (for children up to the age of four) and a high chair on request. Thanks to air conditioning and radiators, the apartment is an ideal vacation base in all seasons.

For an occupancy of four people, the apartment costs 50 euros per night from January to May and October to December. From June to September 60 euros. An additional person on the sofa bed costs 15 euros per night.

The price includes bed linen, towels, air conditioning and heating as well as the final cleaning of the apartment. Breakfast and dinner are not included in the price. We charge 10 euros per person for breakfast. For dinner we charge 12 euros per person.
